This option is available to selected landowners who want to
lease their land on long term basis to PCPL ranging from 15-20
years. The steps involved in this regard are:
Memorandum of understanding to be signed. A draft is
attached at Annex-A.
All N.O.C.’s and Govt. approvals to be obtained
through joint efforts of PCPL and the landowner within a
stipulated time.
Lease Agreement to be signed upon acquisition of NOCs.
