PCPL has been incorporated as a Private Limited Company with an objective to setup directly managed, franchised or jointly ventured, CNG fuel filling stations under its own brand name.

The Company aims at providing state of the art equipment and management services to licensees, patrons, franchise holders and joint venture partners. The Company intends to have up to one hundred CNG stations up to June 2007 out of which 50 stations are expected to be operational by June 2005.

The Company is a joint venture between Petrosin Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., a Singapore multinational engineering firm and Associated Group (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading entrepreneurial group involved in the marketing and storage of LPG mining and power generation, based in Lahore.

The two companies have harnessed their resources in order to participate in the development of a sector that has been given much importance by the Government of Pakistan.
