An established nation-wide service network of LPG Distributors.
Sizes to match individual needs of customers, i.e. 11.8 kg.
Cylinders for domestic kitchens, 15 kg and 45.4 kg for industrial
/ commercial use. Besides, customers who have requirement
for Bulk LPG are also catered to
- Supply of Right Quantity and Right Quality LPG at all times
- Trained staff at Distributor's end to ensure courteous behavior
and safe operations
- Regular safety inspections
LPG Distributorship
An LPG distributorship operates for a given geographical
area, within which the customers can be conveniently serviced.
The distributorships are presently governed by Ceiling limits
up to which they could enroll new customers. Additional distributorships
are set up in markets where the distributor is operating at
the maximum ceiling limit and/or adequate potential is available
for a new distributorship a given area.
Distributors provide all assistance to customers in installation
of new LPG connection at their residence and also explain
to the customers on various do's and don'ts associated with
safe use of LPG.
Some Distributors provides home delivery service of LPG refills
as and when the customers book for their refills. Mechanic
services are also provided to customers during the office
hours on all working days. Mechanic service is free for any
leakage complaint pertaining to the cylinder and pressure
regulator provided to the customer by the Company Distributor.
The distributors also carry out a safety inspection of the
LPG installation at the consumer premises, to ensure that
the LPG equipment is safe. They advise any maintenance or
change of rubber tubing in case it is necessary. All LPG consumers
are educated to change the rubber tubing at least once in
2 years.
